The Integr@tención II project aims to capitalise on the results of the previous Integr@tención experience, focusing on the offer of assistive technology solutions from the perspective of end-user needs, through the creation of a Unified Access Point (new service integrated into the Integr@tención Impact Hub), as a specialised centre to help elderly people to find assistive technology solutions adapted to their real needs and to the conditions of their environment, making the technological offer accessible to the demand (future users of these technological solutions).
The strategic initiative European Innovation Partnership on Active Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) recognized the Integr@tención project as a Reference Site, as a model of excellence for the comprehensive approach in the field of Active and Healthy Ageing.

The Integr@tención II project will set up a specialised centre for information and access to technological support solutions - the Unified Access Point. The purpose of this centre is twofold: on the one hand, to help older people to find assistive technology solutions adapted to their real needs and the constraints of their environment. On the other hand, to favour the development of innovative products focused on the needs and expectations of people, which will facilitate the arrival on the market of the products resulting from research and innovation activities and the acceptance of assistive technology solutions by the end user. This way, the Unified Access Point will facilitate bringing the technological offer closer to the demand side.
